The service was very good, the margarita probably one of the best I've had and the food... PHENOMENAL!! We sat and listened to the sights and sounds of old San Juan. Beautiful night to enjoy every delicious bite of amazing food!

I love this place! I love the view and the live music. Last time I came to visit was six months ago and the food has gotten sooo good. The salmon with majado was delish. Chuleta can can and masposteado rice was finger licking good. The octopus mofongo was soft and not dry, nor chewy. Definitely can't complain about the service since they were all very attentive. I wish you success always since I am in love and want to come every time I come home. Gracias!

the service at ostra cosa is excellent. someone cut in line in front of me and i didn't think of saying anything, but the server asked them to move to the back of the line. i ordered a coconut ($10) and it was an extra $2 to open it. they've got tons of local dishes and drinks. there's plenty of tables, all outside. you'll see lots of tourists walking around since ostra cosa is located in old san juan. parking can be extremely difficult, so uber might be the best option. overall rating: 10/10

DELISH DELISH DELISH! All their fried tidbits, seafood deliciosness, empanadas de pollo or carne, their loaded tostones, HUGE salads, melt in your mouth churrasco! Service was a bit slow on a VERY HOT AND HUMID DAY and the christian craziness in the plaza across from the meal made the eardrums numb. But not their fault. I would pass on the alcapurrias though. I've had and there are better. But go nuts. The food is reasonably priced and really good!

Restaurant close to castle. Very close to museum. It is outdoor courtyard restaurant. Food picture show on the wall. You can select what you want. We got the Churrasco that come with fried plantains. The meat for the Churrasco is delicious. Meat is tender. It has good chargrills flavor. We also got the local anchovies. This dish come with olive oil. It is great appetizer. The olive oil is rich in flavor. Service is a bit slow since they only have one people serve in the front.

For us, this was a delightful stop, half way through our San Juan death march. Ostra Cosa is located midway between the forts and old San Juan. We shared one of their rum-enhances coconuts. It was cold, delicious, cold, and refreshing... and it had rum and it was cold. Who could ask for a better way to rest for a few minutes before moving on?

Outdoor Puerto Rican specialty restaurant near the Castillo San Felipe del Morro, serving delicious seafood dishes and traditional Puerto Rican favorites. Food: Carne frita (paired with choice of sides: arroz con gandules vs. tostones/platanos, etc.) - 5/5 - love every piece of this traditional PR favorite Tostones arropaos (pulpo picado) - 5/5 - diced octopus covered with burnt cheese on top of plantain chip; deliciously seasoned plus multiple textures so very satisfying! Empanadilla (trozos de langosta) - 5/5 - fried breaded pastry with real lobster chunks; soft and crispy at the same time also veryyyy satisfying! Ambience: Outdoor patio dining in sidewalk and terrace Service: Fast, friendly; but can get busy
